Returns and Refunds Policy
At Vegan Vibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy.
Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that we can only accept returns for products that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item, minus any shipping fees.
Refunds: We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your bank or credit card statement.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a full refund.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want.
Shipping: Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees for returned items, unless the item was damaged or defective.
